Graphic Designer at Dotts Media House

Position Summary

Dotts Media House is seeking a Graphic Designer to create visually appealing and on-brand designs across various digital and traditional media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine project requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on client and project needs
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for feedback
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using digital tools or by hand
• Collaborate with copywriters and account managers to execute final designs
• Test graphics across various media formats and platforms
• Work closely with other graphic designers within the department
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually engaging and consistent with brand guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proven experience as a graphic designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, branding, or other visual projects
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver
• Keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
• Quick, efficient, and dependable

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working at a digital or creative agency in Nigeria
• Hands-on experience creating designs for top-tier brands
• Strong creative thinking and execution skills
• Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver results with minimal supervision

Compensation

Competitive salary of ₦150,000 - ₦200,000 monthly, commensurate with experience.
