## Title: General Manager

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Fort Knox Group as General Manager in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the company meets its business goals
  • Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery
  • Develop and implement business strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular operational and financial reports
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve high performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety policies
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and business expansion
  • Handle escalated issues and manage risks proactively

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 7 - 10 years of managerial or senior leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of business operations, finance, and people management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to drive performance, manage budgets, and lead diverse teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and organizational capability
