## Title: General Manager
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Fort Knox Group as General Manager in Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the company meets its business goals
- Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery
- Develop and implement business strategies, policies, and procedures
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular operational and financial reports
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve high performance
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, stakeholders, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety policies
- Identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and business expansion
- Handle escalated issues and manage risks proactively
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 7 - 10 years of managerial or senior leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of business operations, finance, and people management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to drive performance, manage budgets, and lead diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and organizational capability
