## Title: General Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Fort Knox Group as General Manager in Lagos, Nigeria.

Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the company meets its business goals
Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery
Develop and implement business strategies, policies, and procedures
Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation
Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular operational and financial reports
Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve high performance
Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, stakeholders, and vendors
Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety policies
Identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and business expansion
Handle escalated issues and manage risks proactively

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
7 - 10 years of managerial or senior leadership experience
Strong knowledge of business operations, finance, and people management
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
Proven ability to drive performance, manage budgets, and lead diverse teams
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
