About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to lead food and beverage operations with full P&L ownership and strategic responsibility for flagship outlets and cloud kitchen expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full P&L ownership and achieve aggressive but realistic monthly sales and profit targets
- Reopen and operate 1–2 flagship outlets and cloud kitchen facilities
- Establish and manage delivery operations, including third-party platform integration and in-house rider fleet management
- Build, develop, and lead a small, high-energy team
- Oversee production scheduling, stock control, and quality assurance
- Drive marketing and social media strategy, including content calendars, promotional campaigns, and influencer partnerships
- Secure and manage corporate, school, and event contracts
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly performance reports with transparent financial metrics to the Founder
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Home Economics, Hospitality Management, Food Science, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Food and Beverage or Quick Service Restaurant operations at Branch Manager level or above
- Demonstrated expertise in delivery operations and rider fleet management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Numbers-driven mindset with expertise in sales analysis, stock management, and cost control
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Deep knowledge of the local market dynamics and social media marketing
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBA, M.Sc., or equivalent)
