FTTH Project Manager at Stretchit Concept Limited

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced FTTH Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale fiber optic (FTTH) deployment projects across multiple locations in Nigeria.

The ideal candidate must have strong, hands-on experience managing FTTH projects with a proven ability to deliver complex telecom infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.

The successful candidate will be joining a leading infrastructure and technology solutions company that provides turnkey services in telecom engineering, fiber deployment, civil works, and energy systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute FTTH rollout projects end-to-end — including design validation, permitting, trenching, ducting, fiber blowing, splicing, and activation
• Lead project teams and contractors to ensure delivery timelines, quality, and safety standards are met
• Coordinate with client representatives and other telecom operators to ensure smooth project execution and timely reporting
• Manage project budgets, materials, logistics, and manpower deployment effectively
• Oversee network documentation, as-built drawings, test reports, and quality assurance submissions
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical or operational challenges, and implement corrective actions promptly
• Ensure adherence to HSE and regulatory compliance requirements
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports to management and clients

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, or Telecommunications) or a related field
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in telecom fiber projects
• At least 3–5 years of experience specifically managing FTTH projects
• Demonstrable experience overseeing large-scale FTTH deployments (planning, design, implementation, and commissioning)
• Strong leadership skills
