## Title: Front Desk Officer

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Front Desk Officer. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while managing essential administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls appropriately
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, and packages)
  • Maintain the front desk area in a neat and orderly manner
  • Provide basic information about the company to clients and visitors
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
  • Maintain visitor records and office logs
  • Support administrative and clerical duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of First degree in any relevant field
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or similar role (advantageous)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Neat appearance and professional attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
