## Title: Front Desk Officer
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Front Desk Officer. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while managing essential administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls appropriately
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, and packages)
- Maintain the front desk area in a neat and orderly manner
- Provide basic information about the company to clients and visitors
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
- Maintain visitor records and office logs
- Support administrative and clerical duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of First degree in any relevant field
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or similar role (advantageous)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Neat appearance and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
