An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional.    Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with courtesy and promptness.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, room availability, and guest accounts.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure apartments are guest-ready.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities.
  • Uphold security and confidentiality standards at all times.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and reflective of Aishar Residence’s brand.
