An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional.    Key Responsibilities - Serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. - Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. - Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with courtesy and promptness. - Maintain accurate records of reservations, room availability, and guest accounts. - Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure apartments are guest-ready. - Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. - Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities. - Uphold security and confidentiality standards at all times. - Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and reflective of Aishar Residence’s brand.
