  • We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, ensuring smooth communication flow, and providing administrative support to maintain an efficient and welcoming work environment.
Role responsibilities
  • Receive and attend to visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general front desk inquiries
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper sign-in and security procedures
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries
  • Provide basic administrative and clerical support to various departments
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Support office communication and ensure smooth information flow
Required Qualifications: and Skills
  • Minimum qualification of OND
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar front desk or receptionist role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-service orientation
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
