Role Overview
- We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, ensuring smooth communication flow, and providing administrative support to maintain an efficient and welcoming work environment.
Role responsibilities
- Receive and attend to visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general front desk inquiries
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper sign-in and security procedures
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries
- Provide basic administrative and clerical support to various departments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Support office communication and ensure smooth information flow
Required Qualifications:

- Minimum qualification of OND
- At least 1 year experience in a similar front desk or receptionist role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer-service orientation
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
