A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview:
  • The Front Desk Officer is responsible for managing the reception area, providing excellent customer service, and performing administrative task to ensure smooth operations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilties
  • Welcomes customers and provides basic information about products and services.
  • Handles phone calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Manages order bookings, pick-ups, and customer complaints.
  • Maintains a clean, organized reception area and supports daily shop operations.
  • Handles WhatsApp orders and online orders
  • Contributes to team effort when required
  • Takes messages and communicates them to appropriate enquirers.
Required Qualifications: and Experience
  • BSc / HND / ND / NCE in any field.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite.
