A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview: - The Front Desk Officer is responsible for managing the reception area, providing excellent customer service, and performing administrative task to ensure smooth operations. Principal Duties and Responsibilties - Welcomes customers and provides basic information about products and services. - Handles phone calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries. - Manages order bookings, pick-ups, and customer complaints. - Maintains a clean, organized reception area and supports daily shop operations. - Handles WhatsApp orders and online orders - Contributes to team effort when required - Takes messages and communicates them to appropriate enquirers. Required Qualifications: and Experience - BSc / HND / ND / NCE in any field. - 2 - 3 years of experience in Customer Service. - Good communication skill. - Proficiency in Microsoft suite.
