We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Role Overview
  • We are looking for a warm, organized, and people-focused professional to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The ideal candidate is confident with billing, cash handling, and HMO processes, has a pleasant disposition, and ensures every patient feels welcomed, valued, and respected.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally
  • Register patients, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow
  • Handle calls, inquiries, and front desk communications
  • Verify HMO coverage, process approvals, and manage billing and claims
  • Generate bills, collect payments, issue receipts, and balance daily transactions
  • Support patients with billing information and care-related next steps
  • Handle concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate patient and financial records
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams for seamless service delivery
Required Qualifications: & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role (healthcare setting preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of HMO processes and healthcare billing
  • Experience with cash handling, POS systems, and billing software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital management systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under pressure
  • Cheerful personality with a natural ability to make people feel welcome
