We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Role Overview - We are looking for a warm, organized, and people-focused professional to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The ideal candidate is confident with billing, cash handling, and HMO processes, has a pleasant disposition, and ensures every patient feels welcomed, valued, and respected. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally - Register patients, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow - Handle calls, inquiries, and front desk communications - Verify HMO coverage, process approvals, and manage billing and claims - Generate bills, collect payments, issue receipts, and balance daily transactions - Support patients with billing information and care-related next steps - Handle concerns with empathy and professionalism - Maintain accurate patient and financial records - Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams for seamless service delivery Required Qualifications: & Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field - 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role (healthcare setting preferred) - Strong knowledge of HMO processes and healthcare billing - Experience with cash handling, POS systems, and billing software - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital management systems - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under pressure - Cheerful personality with a natural ability to make people feel welcome
