About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Food and Beverage Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, schedule, and motivate F&B staff; resolve conflicts and manage performance
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, manage inventory, and ensure proper use of equipment
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to health, safety, and company policies
• Control costs, minimize waste, analyze sales, and assist with menu planning and promotions
• Supervise daily operations, lead pre-shift meetings, set service standards, and ensure prompt, high-quality guest experiences

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Knowledge of food safety, inventory management, and service procedures
• Ability to work irregular hours and remain calm under pressure
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
