An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Key Responsibilities:
  • Market and sell Firstmonie products and services to individuals, merchants, and agents.
  • Onboard new Firstmonie agents and customers through account opening and activation.
  • Drive adoption and regular usage of Firstmonie channels (USSD, mobile app, POS).
  • Identify high-potential locations and merchants for agent banking expansion.
  • Educate customers and agents on product benefits, features, and usage.
  • Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance during onboarding.
  • Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor agent performance and support them to improve transaction volumes.
  • Resolve basic customer and agent complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
  • Conduct market intelligence and provide feedback on competitors and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit timely sales reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any discipline.
  • HND Holders: Must have Upper Credit only.
  • B.Sc. Holders: Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2).
  • Age Requirement: Not more than 30 years old at the time of application.
  • Previous experience in field sales, agency banking, fintech, telecoms, or FMCG is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven field sales environment.
  • Good understanding of digital financial services and mobile banking.
  • Must be energetic, persuasive, and result-oriented.
  • Willingness to work on the field and cover assigned territories.
