Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage and maintain the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and strategic financial planning
• Monitor the organization's financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax filings, audits, and internal controls
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business planning and investment decisions
• Prepare high-quality management reports using advanced Excel skills and financial modeling techniques
• Support the overall financial strategy of the business and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Key Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
• Experience in the financial services or asset management industry
• Strong understanding of balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial industry reporting standards
• High proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, financial modeling, and management report preparation
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong sense of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
