## Title: Finance Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team in the financial services and asset management sector. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial reporting, and a commitment to excellence in managing financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage and maintain the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and strategic financial planning
- Monitor the organization's financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax filings, audits, and internal controls
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business planning and investment decisions
- Prepare high-quality management reports using advanced Excel skills and financial modeling techniques
- Support the overall financial strategy of the business and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Key Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
- Experience in the financial services or asset management industry
- Strong understanding of balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial industry reporting standards
- High proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, financial modeling, and management report preparation
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong sense of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
