A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview:
  • The Field Sales Marketer is responsible for driving business growth by actively sourcing new clients, promoting the company’s products and services, and converting leads into sales through direct, face-to-face engagement.
  • This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual who can represent the company professionally in the field and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, site walk-ins, networking, and referrals.
  • Promote and sell the company’s products and services, clearly communicating value and benefits to clients.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into confirmed sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
  • Work closely with the office, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and delivery.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Meet or exceed agreed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on field activities, leads generated, conversions, and market feedback.
Required Qualifications: and Experience
  • Previous experience in field sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
  • Experience in furniture, interiors, construction, or related industries is desirable but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence.
Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confident and persuasive sales approach with good negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
  • Target-driven mindset with resilience and persistence.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and customer engagement strategies.
  • Ability to represent the company professionally at all times.
