Position Summary

The Fashion Floor Manager oversees the daily operations of the fashion department, ensuring excellent customer service, proper merchandising, staff supervision, and achievement of sales targets. The role ensures that the fashion floor is well-organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked while maintaining high retail standards and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Floor Operations & Merchandising

• Ensure the fashion floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Monitor product displays, stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment
• Coordinate with the merchandising team to implement seasonal layouts, promotions, and new arrivals
• Ensure price tags, signage, and labels are accurate and up-to-date

Customer Service & Sales

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure staff do the same
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
• Support the team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Monitor customer traffic and adjust staffing as needed for efficiency

Staff Supervision & Performance Management

• Supervise sales associates, cashiers, and fashion floor attendants
• Plan staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor attendance
• Provide coaching, training, and regular feedback to improve staff performance
• Ensure staff adhere to company policies, dress code, and service standards

Inventory & Stock Management

• Oversee stock-taking, inventory control, and shrinkage prevention
• Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items and provide feedback to management
• Ensure damaged or defective items are recorded and removed from the floor promptly
• Liaise with procurement and warehouse teams regarding stock needs

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales, customer trends, and stock movement
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations
