The Associate will be responsible for supporting academic and administrative functions, contributing to innovative teaching and research efforts, and collaborating with faculty and staff on institutional projects.

Day-to-day tasks may involve preparing and delivering educational materials, managing documentation, handling data analysis, and assisting in department operational activities as required.

Additionally, the Associate will contribute to the overall development of programs and initiatives that align with the university's mission and vision.

Required Qualifications:

Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Proficiency in research, data analysis, and critical thinking to support academic and institutional projects.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for liaising with faculty, staff, and stakeholders.

Knowledge or experience in educational or research institutions is an advantage.

A proactive mindset with attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a relevant field preferred.
