Role Description - This full-time on-site Associate role is based in Gwale. - The Associate will be responsible for supporting academic and administrative functions, contributing to innovative teaching and research efforts, and collaborating with faculty and staff on institutional projects. - Day-to-day tasks may involve preparing and delivering educational materials, managing documentation, handling data analysis, and assisting in department operational activities as required. - Additionally, the Associate will contribute to the overall development of programs and initiatives that align with the university's mission and vision. Required Qualifications: - Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. - Proficiency in research, data analysis, and critical thinking to support academic and institutional projects. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for liaising with faculty, staff, and stakeholders. - Knowledge or experience in educational or research institutions is an advantage. - A proactive mindset with attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a relevant field preferred.
