About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Facility Officer to join our prestigious consulting group. You will be responsible for managing daily facility operations, addressing tenant concerns, and ensuring the property maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Oversee maintenance issues and coordinate necessary repairs
- Monitor facility cleanliness, safety, and functionality
- Collect rent and maintain accurate payment records
- Conduct site visits three times per week, including a comprehensive inspection at least once weekly
- Maintain detailed logs of maintenance issues, tenant communications, and property updates
Required Qualifications
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in facility or property management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in facility or property management
- Residence in or near Sangotedo/Abijo area
Additional Information
- Candidates must be available to resume immediately upon selection
- Preference given to candidates residing within the Sangotedo/Abijo axis
- Training will be provided to selected candidates
