A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview:
  • Manage and coordinate all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
  • Respond promptly to client/occupnnt's requests.
  • Liaise with contractors and vendors.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in facility management, preferably with a focus on smart homes or advanced building systems.
  • Strong understanding of smart home technologies, including automation, security, and networking.
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
