A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent.
Position Overview:
- Manage and coordinate all maintenance and repair activities.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Respond promptly to client/occupnnt's requests.
- Liaise with contractors and vendors.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Provide technical support and training to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in facility management, preferably with a focus on smart homes or advanced building systems.
- Strong understanding of smart home technologies, including automation, security, and networking.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
