A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest records and billing.
  • Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, transportation, and dining options.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and room availability.
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
  • Operate the hotel’s front office systems (PMS) and maintain updated data.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and prepare shift reports accurately.
  • Uphold hotel policies, grooming standards, and service quality at all times.
Requirements
  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 1 - 2 years work experience.
  • Candidate should reside within Ojodu, Ogba, Ketu and Agege axis
