Job description

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Key Responsibilities - Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure. - Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest records and billing. - Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person. - Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, transportation, and dining options. - Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and room availability. - Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary. - Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests. - Operate the hotel’s front office systems (PMS) and maintain updated data. - Handle cash, credit card transactions, and prepare shift reports accurately. - Uphold hotel policies, grooming standards, and service quality at all times. Requirements - Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 1 - 2 years work experience. - Candidate should reside within Ojodu, Ogba, Ketu and Agege axis Check how your CV aligns with this job
