Experienced Guidance Counsellor

This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Glowfield International School is seeking to engage a highly experienced and dedicated Guidance Counsellor with a minimum of 10 years’ proven experience in school counselling and student support services. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional counselling and emotional support to students.

• Address academic, behavioural and social challenges affecting students.

• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents and school leadership to support student wellbeing.

• Develop and implement guidance programmes that promote personal, social and academic development.

• Maintain confidential student records and prepare counselling reports as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Guidance Counsellor in a reputable school.

• Relevant qualification in Guidance & Counselling, Psychology or related field.

• Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict-resolution skills.

• High level of professionalism, empathy and discretion.
