Experienced Guidance Counsellor

Glowfield International School is seeking to engage a highly experienced and dedicated Guidance Counsellor with a minimum of 10 years’ proven experience in school counselling and student support services. Key Responsibilities: - Provide professional counselling and emotional support to students. - Address academic, behavioural and social challenges affecting students. - Work collaboratively with teachers, parents and school leadership to support student wellbeing. - Develop and implement guidance programmes that promote personal, social and academic development. - Maintain confidential student records and prepare counselling reports as required. Requirements: - Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Guidance Counsellor in a reputable school. - Relevant qualification in Guidance & Counselling, Psychology or related field. - Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict-resolution skills. - High level of professionalism, empathy and discretion.
