## Title: Executive Assistant

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of the business. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit, draft, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence; ensure content is clear, accurate, and delivered on time
  • Proofread materials for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and relevant topics; provide summarized findings and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless scheduling and time management
  • Track progress of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including timelines, deliverables, and meeting notes
  • Accurately input and maintain data in internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems; ensure data integrity and assist with generating reports
  • Support business development efforts, including lead generation, client outreach, and follow-up
  • Assist with proposal writing for client projects seeking funding
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 4+ years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
