## Title: Executive Assistant
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Edit, draft, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence; ensure content is clear, accurate, and delivered on time
- Proofread materials for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and relevant topics; provide summarized findings and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless scheduling and time management
- Track progress of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including timelines, deliverables, and meeting notes
- Accurately input and maintain data in internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems; ensure data integrity and assist with generating reports
- Support business development efforts, including lead generation, client outreach, and follow-up
- Assist with proposal writing for client projects seeking funding
- Perform additional responsibilities as required
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 4+ years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
