## Title: Executive Assistant
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO in preparing for meetings and accurately recording meeting minutes
- Receive guests on behalf of the CEO and determine meeting eligibility
- Manage the CEO's calendar and coordinate meeting setup
- Provide general administrative support, including ordering supplies and managing records database
- Research and source brand influencers and models
- Create and manage content and calendar campaigns to drive sales
- Produce various content types including email, social media posts, blogs, and white papers
- Actively manage and promote social media platforms across all channels
- Pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms
- Edit content produced by team members
- Analyze content marketing metrics and implement necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with other departments to develop innovative content ideas
- Identify customer needs and recommend new content topics
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
- Measure web traffic metrics including conversion and bounce rates
- Write, review, edit, and update content for company websites, social media platforms, and marketing materials
- Conduct research and interviews to understand current trends, developments, and organizational perceptions
- Suggest new promotion strategies and methods to reach consumers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2–5 years of work experience as an executive assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of SEO and all social media platforms
- Digital marketing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
