An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Screen calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in coordinating projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
- Monitor progress on strategic initiatives and provide status updates.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
- Oversee office supplies and resources needed by executives.
- Support event planning and logistics for executive-level meetings or company function
- Assist with expense reports, budget tracking, and invoice processing.
- Prepare summaries and reports for executive review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling/CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
