An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Screen calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist in coordinating projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
  • Monitor progress on strategic initiatives and provide status updates.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Oversee office supplies and resources needed by executives.
  • Support event planning and logistics for executive-level meetings or company function
  • Assist with expense reports, budget tracking, and invoice processing.
  • Prepare summaries and reports for executive review.
Required Qualifications: & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling/CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
