  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Executive Director.
  • The ideal candidate will manage schedules, communications, and confidential matters while ensuring the Executive Director operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Executive Director’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Executive Director and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Coordinate meetings, follow up on action points, and track deadlines
  • Assist with office administration and special projects as assigned
  • Screen calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing appropriately
Requirements: & Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess an HND/BSc in Business Administration or related field with 1-2 years experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
