This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. Position Overview:
  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to support the office of the CEO.
  • The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain a calendar for the Executive, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and personal commitments, ensuring efficient time management and preparation.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between the executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Gather necessary information and prepare briefing documents, presentations in advance to ensure the Executive is well-prepared for all meetings.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit external and internal correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of the Executive.
  • Attend key meetings to take accurate minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up and completion of tasks.
  • Manage flight bookings and accommodations and ensure seamless travel arrangements.
  • Organize and maintain a highly effective electronic and physical filing system to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
  • Proactively manage email communications, and ensuring timely responses.
Requirements:
  • Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • Work Experience: 2-5 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, preferably supporting C-Level or Senior Executives Skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and sound judgment in handling confidential matters.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and dependable with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
