About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Owerri. As an End User Support Engineer, you will provide technical troubleshooting, customer support, and operating system expertise on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support to end users
- Deliver excellent customer service and support
- Demonstrate expertise in operating systems and enterprise environments
- Troubleshoot network printers and related hardware issues
- Manage Windows 11 systems and Microsoft Intune configurations
- Handle software patching and system updates
- Work effectively under pressure and collaborate within a team environment
Required Qualifications
- BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT support and troubleshooting
- ITILv4 Certification
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows 11 in an enterprise environment
- Experience with Microsoft Intune
- Experience working in a telecommunications company

Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ Certification
