## Title: End User Support Engineer

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Owerri. As an End User Support Engineer, you will provide technical troubleshooting, customer support, and operating system expertise on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support to end users
  • Deliver excellent customer service and support
  • Demonstrate expertise in operating systems and enterprise environments
  • Troubleshoot network printers and related hardware issues
  • Manage Windows 11 systems and Microsoft Intune configurations
  • Handle software patching and system updates
  • Work effectively under pressure and collaborate within a team environment

Required Qualifications

  • BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support and troubleshooting
  • ITILv4 Certification
  • Hands-on knowledge of Windows 11 in an enterprise environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune
  • Experience working in a telecommunications company
