A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze global and local tax news, government policies, and legislative updates.
- Produce technical briefs and data-driven reports that inform the commissioning of stories.
- Verify the technical accuracy of all tax-related claims across Tax TV platforms.
- Identifying emerging trends and regulatory shifts.
- Utilize research findings to create actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Conduct field visits and go out to gather live news from stakeholders, agencies, and the public.
- Write thought-provoking and engaging content for Tax TV social media pages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Taxation, Law, or Communications.
- 2–4 years of experience in research, journalism, or data analysis.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon.
- Strong data interpretation skills and familiarity with the Nigerian tax environment.
