Job Summary

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated Director of Advertising & Media Strategy to provide overall strategic leadership, direction, and operational oversight for the media subsidiary. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing content production, strengthening brand visibility, managing client relationships, and ensuring the agency delivers innovative and compliant media solutions.

This role requires strong leadership, creativity, media industry expertise, and a deep understanding of advertising regulations. The ideal candidate must be ARCON certified, with proven experience leading media, advertising, or creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision, leadership, and direction for the media subsidiary
• Develop and implement business plans, growth strategies, and annual budgets
• Oversee daily operations, team performance, and project execution
• Manage all broadcasting activities including live shows, news bulletins, interviews, and recorded programs
• Approve news scripts, reports, headlines, and all broadcast materials
• Present and anchor news programs when necessary, maintaining high standards of professionalism and accuracy
• Drive innovation in media production, content creation, and digital advertising
• Lead the development of high-quality media content including videos, adverts, animations, documentaries, and branded storytelling
• Oversee the development, planning, and execution of advertising campaigns for clients and the company
• Drive innovation in advertising products, packages, and commercial offerings
• Develop and implement revenue-generation strategies across advertising, broadcasting, digital media, and content production
• Ensure adherence to ARCON regulatory standards and media industry best practices
• Oversee production teams, creative directors, editors, and content strategists

Requirements

• ARCON certification (preferred)
• Proven experience leading media, advertising, or creative teams
• Experience in news presentation and broadcasting
• Strong understanding of advertising regulations and compliance
• Expertise in media industry operations and best practices
