## Title: Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL)

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking an experienced leader to drive monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning initiatives across donor-funded programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and roll-out of comprehensive MERL frameworks across all donor-funded programs
Oversee the use of advanced quantitative and qualitative research methods to assess program effectiveness
Lead operational and implementation research initiatives to generate new evidence and inform health policy and practice

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related field (PhD preferred)
10+ years of progressive experience in MERL, including at least 5 years at a senior leadership level in donor-funded or international development contexts
Demonstrated expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including advanced data collection, analysis, and interpretation
Proven proficiency in data visualization, reporting, and evidence-based storytelling to drive decision-making
