Director, Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) at Kimberly Ryan

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking an experienced leader to drive monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning initiatives across donor-funded programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and roll-out of comprehensive MERL frameworks across all donor-funded programs
• Oversee the use of advanced quantitative and qualitative research methods to assess program effectiveness
• Lead operational and implementation research initiatives to generate new evidence and inform health policy and practice

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related field (PhD preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in MERL, including at least 5 years at a senior leadership level in donor-funded or international development contexts
• Demonstrated expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including advanced data collection, analysis, and interpretation
• Proven proficiency in data visualization, reporting, and evidence-based storytelling to drive decision-making
