This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and roll-out of comprehensive MERL frameworks across all donor-funded programs.

Requirements:

A minimum of a Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related field; PhD preferred.

10+ years of progressive experience in MERL, including at least 5 years at a senior leadership level in donor-funded or international development contexts.

Demonstrated expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including advanced data collection, analysis, and interpretation.

Proven proficiency in data visualization, reporting, and evidence-based storytelling to drive decision-making.
