Director, Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL)

Requirements: - A minimum of a Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related field; PhD preferred. - 10+ years of progressive experience in MERL, including at least 5 years at a senior leadership level in donor-funded or international development contexts. - Demonstrated expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including advanced data collection, analysis, and interpretation. - Proven proficiency in data visualization, reporting, and evidence-based storytelling to drive decision-making.
