About the Role
Fort Knox Group in Lagos is seeking a dynamic Digital Sales & Support Officer to join an expanding team. In this role, you will manage customer interactions across multiple digital channels, drive online sales, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Salary
₦130,000
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Support
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, and website chat
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Online Sales & Order Processing
- Convert inquiries into sales through persuasive communication
- Process and confirm customer orders accurately
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Track and update customers on order status
Digital & Administrative Duties
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales transactions
- Update product listings, pricing, and promotional offers as required
- Assist in managing online promotions and campaigns
- Provide weekly sales and customer engagement reports
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in online sales, customer service, or digital support roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to close sales and handle objections confidently
- Familiarity with social media platforms and e-commerce tools
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Workspace
- Organized, responsive, and customer-oriented mindset
