Key Responsibilities

• Design digital media that aligns with brand standards
• Edit and produce high-quality videos with smooth transitions, sound balance, and compelling storytelling
• Participate in occasional on-site content capture (photo and video)
• Develop engaging media and content in collaboration with the Communications team
• Ensure consistency across all materials and channels
• Stay updated on trends in digital design, video production, and social media content

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design, video production, and content creation
• Proficiency in Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent software
• Strong understanding of composition, storytelling, and visual design principles
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing content standards
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Creative mindset with innovative thinking abilities
