A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview:
  • The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to support brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  • The role focuses on managing digital channels, improving conversion performance, and supporting overall marketing objectives through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media advertising, SEO, and content marketing channels.
  • Drive online lead generation and support sales funnel optimization to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage and grow the company’s digital presence across relevant social media platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and digital assets for SEO and user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the Content Creator, Graphic Designer, and Marketing
  • Manager to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Support the management of digital marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

  • Lead generation volume and quality
  • Conversion rates and cost per lead
  • Website traffic growth and engagement
  • Social media reach and engagement
  • Timely execution of digital campaigns and reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are an added advantage.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Proven experience managing paid digital campaigns and SEO initiatives.
Skills: & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and performance analytics.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a creative and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
