A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview: - The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to support brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. - The role focuses on managing digital channels, improving conversion performance, and supporting overall marketing objectives through data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media advertising, SEO, and content marketing channels. - Drive online lead generation and support sales funnel optimization to improve conversion rates. - Manage and grow the company’s digital presence across relevant social media platforms. - Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. - Optimize website content, landing pages, and digital assets for SEO and user experience. - Collaborate closely with the Content Creator, Graphic Designer, and Marketing - Manager to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms. - Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness. - Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. - Support the management of digital marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaign execution. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Lead generation volume and quality - Conversion rates and cost per lead - Website traffic growth and engagement - Social media reach and engagement - Timely execution of digital campaigns and reports. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. - Professional digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are an added advantage. - 2–3 years’ experience in digital marketing or a related role. - Proven experience managing paid digital campaigns and SEO initiatives. Skills: & Competencies: - Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and performance analytics. - Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail with a creative and analytical mindset. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
