## Title: Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated Digital Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility and engagement across digital channels.

Compensation

₦400,000 - ₦500,000 (gross)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the creation and management of content across all social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Ensure brand consistency by auditing all output to maintain a premium and trustworthy brand voice across all platforms
  • Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote property listings, tracking open and click-through rates
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility in search engines and drive organic traffic
  • Provide creative briefs that balance educational and promotional content; oversee content calendar creation and execution
  • Work with the sales and listing team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and assist in creating sales collateral
  • Develop engaging video content, including virtual tours of properties and promotional videos to enhance customer engagement
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies
  • Foster interaction with potential clients through online communities, forums, and customer feedback channels

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc. degree from a reputable institution in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
  • Minimum 5+ years of cognate experience in digital marketing and graphics
  • Professional certification in Digital Marketing and Graphics (advantageous)
  • Real estate industry experience (a plus)
