Job Summary

An established company is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to develop, manage, and optimize online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, driving online traffic, and growing sales through innovative digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display ads
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and online ads
• Manage company social media pages, ensuring consistent brand messaging
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to recommend improvements
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve online visibility
• Manage online store listings, product descriptions, and digital catalogues
• Collaborate with sales and branding teams to align marketing goals
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools
• Track and report on key performance metrics including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field with 3-4 years of experience
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, Social Media Manager, or similar role
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics
• Excellent content creation, storytelling, and copywriting skills
• Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
